We use state of the art diganostic and repair equipment to fix your car or truck.  Contrary to popular belief, your car’s warranty will NOT be voided if you take it to someone other than your dealer.

We always try to use premium original equipment manufactured parts.  The only time we use aftermarket parts is when the warranty is better and the price point meets the customer where they need it to be.

We have state of the art diagnostic equipment and scan tools to help us get to the root of your automotive problems.   Our technicians are all certified mechanics and stay up to date on the latest auto technologies. 

Touchless Pay System

Customers have the option to drop off, pick up, approve estimates, and pay for services remotely.  This makes it convenient for after hours drop off and pick up as well as for COVID safety.

Overall I had a great experience with Japanese Auto Service. While I believed to know exactly why the transmission seal was leaking, we talked through other options and expectations. The price I was quoted and charged was far less than at the Dealership and seemed reasonable for the work performed. I was happy to see their mechanics are trained to the highest standard. I could tell they truly cared about my experience and other customers based on the conversation that I had with them, and the conversations I overheard while waiting to check in for service.
