Toyota Trucks for the Win

Colorado Fourteeners Initiative

Japanese Auto Service is a proud partner of the Colorado 14ers Initiative (CFI), an environmental nonprofit that builds and maintains the trails on Colorado’s 14,000 ft peaks. CFI’s mission is to protect and preserve the 14ers through active stewardship and public education.

By building sustainable routes that hikers want to stay on, CFI's goal is to accommodate hiking use while protecting the surrounding alpine environment from resource damage.

CFI also educates people about sustainable recreational practices to lessen human impacts to this fragile ecosystem.

14ers Building Trail

Japanese Auto Service maintains CFI’s fleet of 15 Toyota trucks, giving them a significant discount on all services performed. These trucks must be capable of hauling five crew members and a bedful of tools and timber to high altitude trailheads in all types of weather.

Think of us and CFI when you’re hiking your next peak and please, stay on the trail.
